Who do I speak with to get assistance setting up an existing cradlepoint with 4G/5G as a failover? I know in the past comcast could handle this with the existing equipment/router by connecting the cradlepoint to one of the ports on the router and setting it up on their end as a failover. I have had

Hello, We have received a CradlePoint device and it looks like it was set up to connect straight to the Comcast modem. We have a static IP and our internal network has a firewall that manages the connectivity for our network. As it is set up right now, the CradlePoint will not do anything for us bec

@Comcast_Gina Gina, I have a similar situation where I need to set up a cradlepoint up as a failover. Would I be able to just plug this device into the comcast router as-is without any configuration needed on the comcast end? My ticket: https:/
