@user_181e66​ Log in to your comcast account and check that it's been disabled. We were told 24-48 hrs to get it disabled.  I would say it was successfully disabled in 8 hrs.  But we couldn't make it work until it showed disabled. Addit

As a follow up to these posting from today. It appears that disabling SecurityEdge from comcast resolved the issue with Lightspeed/P400 payment terminals.  If anyone else has success with this, please post here.

Note that I have a "work-around", but its a little "hacky" and I don't know if its a "permanent" solution. However, the "hack" does make me feel like this IS a comcast "SecurityEdge" issue.  We will see if I can get comcast to disable security

To anyone who happens upon this thread. I'd like to update that after many hours of troubleshooting - we are no closer to a resolution.  We believe the issue has to do with SecurityEdge, but we were unsuccessful in having it disabled.  We

@Comcast_Lamont​ When we connect our Verifone 400 payment terminals to our Lightspeed application.  You enter a "pairing" process.  On the terminal, you get 3 random words that you have to type into the Lightspeed app (on the browser).
