Cannot Make or Recieve Calls from Business line

Since yesterday 2pm - have not been able to make or recieve calls - phone rings but caller cannot hear me and I cannot hear them.  When making a call - same issue.  We have 5 lines - none working.

Our calls between staff members on our network are clear, but any calls going to or from outside callers is very fragmented. We cannot understand the person on the other line unless it is someone that is on a phone within our network. Any ideas on ho
