I have an Arris voice modem tm608g. I need to return it to Comcast. It has several pots telephone lines attached. How do you remove the pots lines from the modem?

I have tried pushing TRANSFER on Polycom phone then entering 55 ext number and # and it did not work. I even tried 55 0XXX then # since we have 3 digit extension numbers. When any of this is done, I get an operator voice saying that number is not in service.
@Comcast_ThomasC I did as you said but "xfinity support" is not an option for sending a direct message. I did see one called simply "Support" so I used that one.

The polycom phone volume does not stay at the level you set. After the call it defaults to a lower level. we have Polycom phones in preschool classrooms but when we have a test fire drill or intruder alert announced to all sets via paging, some teachers say they cannot hear the message.

Good afternoon, I am looking to move all attached information (name, phone number, extension, etc) from a one handset to another that currently only has an extension attached to it.
