Being charged for equipment I never had

I've called support three times about this issue over the years and got nowhere. When I moved to my house in March of 2020, I started being charged for phone equipment, $19.95 per month. I don't have a phone number, I don't have any of Comcast's equipment.... So yeah great fine Comcast, I'll pay
