Emailing security log from SonicWall TZ215 unable to resolve smtp server

At the request of Comast Security I added a SonicWall TZ215 to my home office. I had professional help with finishing the installation from firewalls.com. Despite trying to add each of the recommended mail server DNS settings (which work fine on my outlook) at https://businessclass.comcast.net/en/Se

Yes that is the setting the DNS servers in the firewall were set to. I will PM the logs and background.
