After reading some of these messages regarding account cancellation, I am a bit terrified!  In six weeks, I am moving to an area that does not offer comcast of any kind.  Trust me, I was shocked.  I have been a business class customer for over 10 years now and am wondering what kind of charges I wil

I currently have business class at my current home as I run my business out of it.  However, I am moving to a new apartment building that doesn’t have coaxial running through it.  That’s truly the only kind I am used to.  They only have fiber running through the building.  From what I was told, they

There is a possibility I might be moving to a new place.  I just found out that the area doesnt have Comcast.  If I am under a business class contract for another year, what happens when and if I do have to move?  Thanks.

Thanks.  I just got accepted into the new apt complex.  I wont be moving until the end of April.  Once I get the lease I will get my info together to send in and see.

Ive had business class for a long time now.  I decided to up grade my speed tier today from the 75mbps to the 250 mbps.  I was told that my equipment would need to be upgraded and it looks like they are sending me a wifi gateway to use.  I am not actually that keen on using wifi and I hear so many i

There was sort of a reset yesterday and I think the hotspot thing came back on.  Can you please turn it off once more.  Thanks.

It happened around 7:30 ish PM and stayed that way to almost midnight.  Now, last night, so far, the speed drop was minimal.  I am hoping that the stopping of the hotspot helped.  I will keep an eye on it though.

Hi, I am attempting to have the xfinity hotspot disabled however I am not able to do so via the account. I have also contacted support and been told that the hotspot has been disabled however it continues to broadcast the xfinity wifi. I need assistance ASAP ThanksNIck
