I certainly have a lot of long outages (current message says "a service outage has been reported -- should be fixed by 8 am" -- it's 1am now) as well as short intermittent ones, using 50/10 Business Comcast. I expected more uptime from business internet. 😞

Please look into this; last week service was very slow and later went out, and Comcast did repairs, but service is extremely slow again. See attached for a comcast speed test. I'm getting between 2 and 5 Mbps download, 11.5 upload. I'm on a 50Mbps download, 15 upload business plan. I've had very slo

8:00 pm Central Time and guess what.  My Business Class Service is down several time during peak hours.  The tech also came out this morning at 11, stayed 5 minutes, said he had to go elsewhere to correct the problem and I never heard bad from him. H
