I work from home and have Comcast Business. I just bought a house and moved. I transferred Comcast service to the new address. I have a new account number and a new 2-year contract. My Comcast Business internet went down, I called in to support who ended up telling me that someone from my local office would be calling me within 20 minutes to dispatch a tech to fix the issue.
