Hello,I need to have a payment that was applied incorrectly to one of our accounts fixed. We sent payment for our accounts the same way we always do, via check after we pull the pdf statements from our account. On one of the payments,instead of it being applied to the correct account, it was applied

I purchased new business service at home due to COVID-19.Working from home needs a steady connection.I have business service at work too.Pings and latency results to my public ips (5) at work are higher than to other places on the web like google.com, etc. My and Comcast official latency tests resul

Greetings, our office gets internet and telephone service thru Comcast with Cisco DPC3939B and ARRIS TM604G/CT.Last week calling our third line xxx-xxx-5106 would get answered with a male voice from comcast "ALL CIRCUITS BUSY NOW MESSAGE TX", this no longer happens but think someone @Comcast should
I have an eMTA (ARRIS TM604G/CT) that sporadically reports "ALL CIRCUITS BUSY NOW MESSAGE TX". in male voice.I have three lines; I must be using two lines one to dial out and the one I am calling.I get the error from any line. sometimes a repeated or

**UPDATE: 06/08/18 - 06:30 PM EST** Outage update: Here is an explanation of what happened - Our engineers immediately began troubleshooting and found a failure of a sub system in our voice infrastructure. Our national voice infrastructure is fully redundant and our backup systems normally operate
