I would like to turn off or disable the Xfinity Wifi (public) hotspot. I've seen other messages and threads asking for this with no real answer or solution. One answer only gave the instrutions to turn off the "private" wifi and there is no option in the account settings to turn of the public hotspo

It's pointless to even PM someone to turn this off. It comes back if service is interrupted, you change tiers, whatever. I do not like having this and I *need* a method to turn it off myself.

Just so everyone knows this junk comes back if you change your tier of service. I had to contact a second time after it was turned off because we changed service tier and it automagically turned itself back on. So if you change your service at all

On our second month (starting this month, have already paid the bill for the first month, received bill due in March, for service we haven't used yet) of service we called to change the tier down one which should knock about 40 dollars off the bill. Currently it is still showing the original amount
Here is the sequence of events: Changed to business class on January 17 (as in fully installed and switched over). Paid that months bill off before the next months arrived, that one arrived and is due March 6th. We called to change the tier on the

If there is anyone that can turn this off for me on right now please message ASAP! I can't believe that it is turned on automatically when that wasn't even true as a residential customer AND residential customers have an option in their account sett
