Got a question: I decided to not get a static ip address and stay with my dynamic. Is it still possbile to host my own file server on my account through Comcast? I know it states I can in some posts/pages with a static ip, and it's a low priority file server and a Dynamic DNS service will work fin

I can't find what my static ip address is for my account. How can I get that information, and if my account doesn't have one, can one be assigned since it is a business account

Yes - you should be able to pull it up from my email address. [Edited: "Personal Information"]

I've done that multiple times and it doesn't show any link or information for a static ip... if it is there please let me know where it is on the page please. Looking back at I see where 7 years ago I requested that the modem be configured to a brid
