Please turn off Xfinity Wifi Hotspot

I have tried to turn off Xfinity Wifi hotspot from the website and I have called in. I am told it is turned off but the service is still on. Please shut it off or send me a new gateway that has no wireless capabilities (and can still have a static IP) as I am using my own equipment to handle routing

Incorrect. Xfinity Wifi is still running. I am more than happy to post a wireless site scan which shows this to be the case. My request is, again, that the Xfinity Wifi Hotspot is turned off or a modem without wireless capability is sent to my locati
