Hi, the reward card that was promised as part of signing up for service wasn't received in a reasonable amount of time. After contacting Comcast I received it 4 months after service started. Unfortunately the card has expired before I could use it. Can I get some help to resolve this?

This worked until about a month and a half ago.Now when i log into public xfinity wifi hotspots, it tells me "your internet service is not active", and offers to let me sign in with a different user.
