I found out that the Comcast static IP assigned to our company is different from what is found in Whatismyip. is it a normal situation?

An SPF record identifies the mail servers and domains that are allowed to send email on behalf of your domain. If you do add it like mentioned we would recommend that you test it afterwards to ensure that it works.

Our US subsidiary has some printers that cannot send out emails. Our US colleague(not IT expert) called Comcast support to talk about this but support only said they don't block any ports. Our internet has been down all day. There have been at least 6 different Xfinity trucks parked just outside.  The workers are friendly and doing the best the can, but our day is lost. Comcast could not have picked a worse day to do work.  I don't think Comcast appreciates the impact th
