Hello, I made a post back in early July to which I never received a response and it appears to have gone into a black hole. I have a call into customer support to which I also have not received a resolution (from WEEKS ago). I cannot make outgoing calls from within the app. I am not in the office du

I am no longer able to make an outgoing call from my cell phone using the Be Anywhere feature. It used to work, but seems to have stopped in the last couple of weeks. When I enter a number to dial, it tries to connect and I get a message that I will not recognize the number I am about to see but the

Wow, so this issue has been going on for over 9 months! Comcast....get it together please. I know you're a monopoly but that is no excuse. When you do have competition you will lose everyone because your service and products are so POOR 😐

"Be Anywhere" is pretty specific. The service says get phone calls from your business to your phone. You should be able to tell me why I can't see the difference between a business and personal call. False advertising unless you can tell me why. I'm

Wow. Comcast is being very evasive on this issue. I have Business Voice Mobility. I was told by a Comcast representative that I would receive business calls on my cell phone. By not answering our questions about the problem of not knowing whether tho
