Old and new Xfinity speed tests...2 radically different results

So we upgraded our internert to the Comcast Business 500 download speed plan. Sitting at my desk and running a speed test on http://speedtest.xfinity.com/. I reported "Bloated Speeds" on 3/21/19 with the same issue... the speedtest.xfinity.net was reporting much higher speeds than the Ookla speedtest.net. And then it was back to normal....

I don't know why but when I utilize the Internet Speed Test found on the Comcast Business website my download tests come back in the 350 Mbps range. When I use the speedtest.net (Ookla) I get download results around 85-95 (we are currently subscribed for 100Mbps). I get those same test results util
