How will COMCAST be helping businesses with billing/payments during covid 19 pandemic? Can payments be deffered? Will you be giving discounts? Will any portion of our bill be forgiven? Besides calling in, and staying on the line for 2 hours, is there another avenue to receive a response to requests?
