I tried following the guide for connection pro 2. https://business.comcast.com/support/article/internet/connection-pro-overview When I disconnected my cable wire, my network did not fail over. I just want to confirm... I connect the WAN port on the cell box to any of the comcast router por

I see, it has to be dynamic IP, that must be my issue.

I have ping monitor to first hop and seeing packet loss starting around 3pm. It seems to be getting worse over time. I have restarted the modem and problem persists.

Looks like this was fixed around 12pm today. Thank you!!

I am getting a lot of dropped packets tonight 8pm ish PST (11/24/19) causing lots of issues. I have restarted the modem.I have connected a computer directly to the modem and same issue. This is to the first hop from the tracert.Reply from 96.110.250.101: bytes=32 time=26ms TTL=61Reply from 96.110.25

Started again around 10pm PST. Sent PM with information. Thanks!

Started clearing up around 9:30pm PST. Will reply if it starts happening again.
