When I signed up with Xfinity Mobile, I lost the ability to send and receive group messages. Is there anyone out there that knows what is causing this? I'm on a Google Pixel 6 Pro. Is this related to the plan I have, I chose the 1 line using By the Gig, 1.00 GB plan. I'm getting desperate as support

We have a couple Comcast Business circuits (two different locations) that both experience intermittent packet-loss throughout the day. The loss occurs at the same time at both locations. After running some MTR tests, we are seeing around 10.5% packet-loss with traffic passing through be-2312-cs03.

I just recently signed up for a Comcast business account . Unfortunately the business didn’t workout the way I wanted it to. I need to transfer my business account into a residential account. Can someone help me with this?

I've gone and blocked every version of the urls for Youtube I can think of and I am still able to reach Youtube's page. Why don't the content filters work?
