I have never been able to get a straight answer from Comcast regarding reverse DNS delegation for RFC 2317 style addressing. The salesman that sold me the Business Class service assured me that they would be able to set it up after we signed up, but

I've had Comcast business internet for 10 years and have been running my own DNS servers in all that time. I moved and had to get a new plan because the old one no longer existed. I too have been unimpressed with Comcast. I will be abandoning their services as soon as possible because they refuse to delegate reverse DNS to Business Customers.

Comcast, Will you please provide where any service agreements which state that a Comcast Business customer can have PTR records but not PTR delegation (per RFC2317)? Thank you.
Will you point to the contract agreement that states Comcast will only offer to manage PTR records directly and not as a RFC2317 style delegation (something that AT&T, and other major ISPs offer to their SMB customers with a /28 allocation of IPs).

Will someone at Comcast please show me where, in the "Comcast Business" contract that I signed, the service agreement states that customers are only allowed to have PTR records and not PTR delegation?
