Need help getting my domain off this blacklist. Reason it is on blacklist is because Comcast has not set up appropriate PTR for domain. Made the request over 3 weeks ago. Please fix this immediately!

Thanks eudemon47 for the reply. Unfortunately, this is NOT the culprit as the appropriate CNAME record is, was and has always been in place for AUTODISCOVER. Our CNAME entry was updated on Tuesday to host = autodiscover points to = autodiscover-rd.w
