Creating a website

Maybe someone has faced this problem before, Im having a hard time activating the site. First I thought I need Sitebuilder, so I down loaded it. However even after doing that I still can not activate the site and start building it. Maybe I am missing something?

I'm experiencing MAJOR MAJOR pains in trying to upload video through site-builder.  And TWO calls to your service department have only left me PEEVED!

What are the allowable formats for video to be uploaded through the site-builder interface.  I have tried .MP4, .MOV (too big), .F4V, .FLV, and .3GPP.

Please help!
