We have been made aware of an issue where some customers are unable to view connected devices when logged into their Comcast modem (model: Cisco DPC3941 & DPC3939). We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. Our engineering team is working diligently to get this issue resolved as soon as possible.
Some customers can see a fix after completing a Factory Restore.
As soon as we have any updates or a permanent resolution we will be sure to post it here

Router not showing connected devices.
Seems to still be a problem after almost TWO YEARS, at least. Someone would do well to from the "this decade queue" and move it to the "Geeze somone really should fix this this year (2019)".
There is evidence of this going way back, 2014, maybe older (I've been searching for something positive, and I forget the oldest post I found).
Is it now that they can't sell the X1 feature ("You must be David's phone") if they make the routers do what they are supposed to do?
This is a big problem for me and my company. I hope nothing breaks before I can get the info from my router.
