Yup... a "billed monthly" wild goose chase... and one which Comcast will try to justify because "all the green lights are ON at our end" so we are, in fact, providing you a service!

 

Ha Ha Ha Ha.  Would be pretty funny if it weren't so unethical.

 

"Hostage" your email may be.  Hostage you need not be.  Check out Microsoft Office 365 and compare the actual cost (for Microsoft Online Essentials) to what Comcast is charging you at an up-seller's price, and for NO reduction in the "internet" portion of your bill.

 

Slick, comcast, but not missed.  Calling you out on this, and hope others do, too!
