Yes, I think we "need something" here... it's called Business Support.  Please refer to the "Comcast Business Promise" which is prominently posted on your support website.


And, then, please explain how you clowns have gone from a "starter package" which included:

~up to 25 PC's with free Norton Antivirus

~up to 8 included email inboxes

~sharepoint and web-hosting services included THIS (current) anathema situation where "users" are rented out to Microsoft, Norton Antivirus is "sold" for three PCs per subscription, and your UPware site  honors NOTHING to previous customers via the only "ethical" option of a grandfather clause???
