It pains me to read the canned responses from Comcast ... "For more information, call ..." when there is NOBODY AT those numbers to receive our call.  Kinda like the "24 hr Business Help"... isn't it, which is apparently open 9-5 and too busy to return repeated messages left.  Poor show, Comcast.  Poor show.
