email hacked because of migration and no help from cloud solutions since october
i have called 10 or so times, spent hours on the phone on hold, seems noone at cloud solutions is onthe same page as any other employee of cloud solutions and definitely not with anyone at comcast. this whole migration has cost me over 2500 business contacts, an email address ive had for 12 years and my email STILL doesnt work right. on top of all of this, I am still being billed for 4 email boxes when only 2 are active, even tho i was promised free email for 6 months since they screwed this up from the beginning.
IF i had another option for business internet, I would be gone from comcast completely because of the lack of customer support and the worthlessness of cloud solutions.
Just think....I have to pay for this abuse!!!! Totally fed up with the whole mess. Thasnk you Comcast and Cloud solutions for making my job HARDER. You people have no idea what you have put me through.....I need a response before 8 PM 11-27-17. check your phone messages, i left a few for yall
