Sharepoint Access Denied

Sharepoint Access Denied

Probably created Sharepoint site over a year ago and haven't used since.  Would like to start exploring its use but am unable to access the site.

 

Manage Sharepoint from comcast account page takes me to the Sharepoint site but access is denied.

 

Can this be reset?  Nothing there so nothing to lose in the process.

Hello Michael and welcome,

 

You must be an admin email user or your email account must have Service Management permissions to have access to SharePoint. It is also necessary that you have a secured email account with a comcastbiz.net suffix as well.
