What lousy support. Customer rep could not help me configure email accounts. He could see the email accounts from his interface, but I coud not. I had to be escalated to a call back. Now, I am getting a "Sorry" screen when trying to load my Comcast Business page. Comcast Business is not very business friendly and poorly trained reps. Maybe, Century Link can at least give me service that works.
I'm sorry for the issues you are receiving. Can you please send me a private message with your account number and the email/s you are trying to get configured? Also if you are getting the sorry screen it could just be a bad cookie that is stuck so one thing you can try is to clear your cache and cookies and retry, also switching your browser might help as well.
