Outlook Address Book not updating.

I'm experiencing the same problem described in this thread:


However, the solution described in the last post does not  work - the specified checkbox was already unchecked.  I'm experiencing the problem across several mailboxes. All of the clients are running Windows 7 and Outlook 2013. A freshly deployed workstation with a new install of Office has had the problem out of the gate.
