Our company changed names (not email address) but customers are still seeing old name on my outbound emails. Old name linked to email address only appears in GAL but I cannot edit it or delete it.

Please try the following by which you can make modifications to your GAL
Create and manage Outlook distribution lists
Perhaps you need to change your email address to reflect you current business name and this can be done by
Create and manage email forwards online or Create an alias for your Comcast Business email account
