For the Microsoft Hosted 365 Email and Services which me and the company admins manage we'd like to pay Microsoft directly and work with them directly for our needs instead of Comcast <Edited for violating forum guidelines>
More Details: We own the domain and had email service hosted with Comcast until they were no longer able to provide that service and help migrated our data to Microsoft's Office 365 Mail Servers. We manage all aspects of the account using Microsoft's hosted services, no involvement from Comcast <Edited for violating forum guidelines>.
Would like Comcast to remove Reseller Partnership with us.

It is possible to cancel your Microsoft Office 365 services you receive from Comcast and go directly through Microsoft without any penalties from Comcast. You will need to start by contacting our Cloud Solutions Team to cancel with us. They can be reached at 1-855-867-5010 (option 2) or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org

Contacted Comcast Cloud and MIcrosoft Support numerous times, Reseller relationship must be removed from Comcast's end but Comcast Cloud solutions doesn't know how. "Comcast Business" still shows up in our Partnership tab. All reseller licenses have been cancelled too...
