Hello FredSassen,

 

Welcome to the forum.

To your query, normally you should be able recreate the same email address immediately.

However, we do recommend waiting approximately 6 hrs. for it to clear.

It has been a few days now and it still says it is registered already.

Hello,

 

I get the message "The email address selected is already registered, please select another email address" when I try to create the account.  It may be somehow "registered" but it doesn't show in my list of email addresses that I can manage.  So, I can't delete it and I can't re-register it.  So, what gives????

Welcome to the forum.

The community would like to help, but can you clarify a few items for us?

 

1. When you were activating the MyAccount did create a primary account that has domain of .comcastbiz.net?

2. After you got that error, did you sign out of the MyAccount and sign back in?

3. What is the Internet Browser you are using?
