This has actually been going on for about a year now. I have also had help from tier 1 support, who hasn't been able to solve it either. It is now in the tier 2 queue.
Basically, I cannot create working comcastbiz emails. I first noticed it when I couldn't access wifi (I have xfinity home also) and was told I should be able to use wifi by signing in with the convoluted Comcast business email address. Whenever I try to create one, it either doesn't work (no password works), or it just wont finish creating it (the most recent issue). I'm stuck at "Review email box information". Pressing "Submit" does nothing at all. i also get locked out of the website and have to reset my regular password when this happens. Im sitting here waiting for tier 2 support to get around to helping me. I think it's ridiculous that this problem has existed so long and nobody has placed any attention to it. I seriously think it's a website problem, not a system mafunction.

You should be able to add email users by logging into you Business Class Portal Administrators Account and use these instructions.

Those instructions only work if every step does what it's supposed to do. In my case instructions do not help (and I already know how to do all that anyway). There is a problem, as i described, and that problem needs to be fixed - instructions on how to do it is not the solution.
