Look at all these threads and all these people having issues and not receiving any support whatsoever. Support is useless, they literally have no idea how to help people, they don't call back, endless hours on hold and on the phone. This is a joke. This is how you run your business? And the supposedly higher tier Business Class?? You should be ashamed and you should seriously review who you have running this project.
