Sharepoint Calendar not updating when connected to Outlook 2007

We have been using the Sharepoint services from Comcast for several months now. I have 8 users that connects to the calendar. I have used the feature to connect all users to Outlook 2007 under the Action Menu on the calendar.

 

Now I have one user that does not get any calendar updates when someone else post a new appointment. I have deleted the calendar in Outlook and reconnected it several times without any success.

 

Any suggestions on what could be happening would be helpful.
