I have attempted to install Outlook on my PC several times. I go through the wizard and when it is complete and I try to open it I get a Windows error box that says "The File:...Outlook.pst cannot be found"
What am I doing wrong???

Based on your post Outlook has been installed properly but something redundant may be hindering it for working properly.
Does this computer you are using ever had an older version or active Outlook program?
This is what I suggest for troubleshooting.
1. If possible try uninstalling and reinstalling Outlook from Comcast.
2. Manually create a profile (this is an article from Microsoft for information)
