I am a new customer and have been attempting to sync my comcast email account with Outlook 2013 on my computer. It is not coordinating. I have created a profile and followed the steps on the comcast website. Anyone else run into this?
Welcome senoialaw. We reviewed the account and currently the is an active ex.. firstname.lastname@example.org account as well as an active alias of ex. email@example.com. If your can let us know the step in the process that is failing and the email address we can have the Tier 2 group test the actual email address.
