Need sharepoint site set back up

Long story made short on call with tech support. Having issues figuring out how to reset a test site. I was told to delete and when I did it appears that delete was for the actual sharepoint site files.

  • I need to have it set back up (see subject), and a second call to tech support revealed that they have no way to place an internal support request. I'm not going to get on the why doesn't Comcast have a ticketing system, but really. Not letting technicians internally contact the responsible department is insane.
  • Whoever the web site admins are they need to put something in place that won't allow this to happen. First thing I could think of is trigger a script when the delete request is set to automatically reset the site to the default state as it is first configured for new customers.
