Long story made short on call with tech support. Having issues figuring out how to reset a test site. I was told to delete and when I did it appears that delete was for the actual sharepoint site files.
I need to have it set back up (see subject), and a second call to tech support revealed that they have no way to place an internal support request. I'm not going to get on the why doesn't Comcast have a ticketing system, but really. Not letting technicians internally contact the responsible department is insane.
Whoever the web site admins are they need to put something in place that won't allow this to happen. First thing I could think of is trigger a script when the delete request is set to automatically reset the site to the default state as it is first configured for new customers.
