NO SUCH USER when trying to send TO Comcast email

We took advantage of the free "vanity" domain that came with our Business Class account and set up email accounts accordingly. We are able to login to Comcast webmail and send FROM the accounts.  However when trying to send TO the accounts we get a failure response stating NO SUCH USER. 

 

Note: The domain, although registered by Comcast, has its primary and secondary DNS pointed toward another host for hosting our website. Not sure if that would affect email or not...

Welcome BBauer.  We researched the issue and found the the MX records are incorrect.  Please see the PM for additional information.  Let us know if you require additional assistance.
