Global Address Book (GAL) displaying wrong name/alias for email address
The company owner is attempting to email one of the employees:
She enters the correct email address, but once she cursor's out of the field a different users name (alias) is being displayed (although the underlying email address is in fact correct).
The addresse is not in any local address book or contact list, and when I check address books in Outlook (the Comcast provided version of Outlook 2007) it shows that the address is coming from the Global Address Book (GAL) .
And yes, I have tried deleting the entry from the AutoComplete (.NK2) files, I even backed it up and deleted the .NK2 file with no change. I've also tried disabling the Cached Exchange mode with no change.
How can the incorrect entry be removed from the GAL (as obviously we do not have access to the Exchange Administrators tools on a Comcast server)??
