Exchange server down since Aug 27th and still down Is it ever coming back online?? UNBELIEVABLE!!
We signed up for a new business class account on Aug 27th and still cannot use our email accounts. Tech support just keeps telling us the exchange server that serves our area is down and will be back up someday. This is unacceptable in any universe from a email host provider in the business world.
I have delt with their support a lot over the years since I am in IT support but this is the worst I have ever seen out of Comcast!
