We have a couple of e-mail forwards set up on our account (i.e., email@example.com automatically forwards to firstname.lastname@example.org). When a user in our office sends an e-mail to the xyz address, the "To" field of the message inherits the name of the administrative user that set up the forward rather than the name of the intended recipient. The e-mail goes through correctly, but it's confusing when the wrong name is at the top of the e-mail. In fact, I cannot see anywhere in the system where we can edit the name that is attached to the forwarded e-mail address. Our global address book confirms this with multiple entries under the administrator's name (all but one with a globe icon indicating an external address). Is there a way to change the name entry for a forward?
