Display name change - OWA

Hello - I sent a PM w/our account # and the name that needs to be fixed to Comcast_Jon - and haven't heard anything yet. My boss' name is incorrectly spelled in his outgoing messages. First it was the wrong last name - which took over a week and many phone calls to fix and caused a lot of confusion with our clients. This is very embarrassing - we just switched to Microsoft Hosted Exchange from our own server - and it has been a nightmare. And of course, everything that has gone wrong seems to be with the owners e-mail. This reflects badly on me - our outside IT - and mostly Comcast......PLEASE HELP ME FIX THIS!!!!!

Please send me the following information via private message, so we may assist.

 

1. Your Full Name

2. Business Account Number

3. Primary Email address UID

4. The email address that is affected with update needed on the display name.

Example: info@mydomain.com 

Current - Ino Mycompany

Corrected - Info Mycompany

I am having a similar issue. I have changed the name on the businessclass website, but when messages are received by clients they are getting the previous owner's display name.
