Continued problems deleting user and adding forwards
We have been trying for OVER A MONTH to delete a user and add a forward for this user's email. Please contact us to correct this issue! We have been "escalated" to level 2 service but nobody has ever called me. By not being able to delete this user, we have had to pay for an email box that should be included. In addition, we are unable to forward this previous employee's emails. Also, we are unable to create new forwards and I was told we are allowed unlmited forwards. This is extremely frustrating andi am appalled that Comcast service is this poor. Please contact me asap to get this resolved.
