Comcast Business Online Account (Customer Portal): Self-Service Enhancements

 

 New Comcast Business Online Account linking and enhanced search launched August 1. The features included in this release are:

 

  • Ability to search online Help & Support documentation from more places within the Comcast Business Online Account experience.
  • Ability to "link" multiple accounts to a single sign-in email address for new Comcast Business Online Accounts.  Linked accounts have no effect on the services associated with the individual accounts. For example, it is not possible to combine the number of available mailboxes attached to a domain being used by individual linked accounts. It is also not possible to use the same domain in more than one linked account.

Note: Attempting to link an account that already has a  userid associated with it, will result in the following error message-
