I have a few problems using email.
#1. I don't see an option to insert a photo into an email message. I could attach one, but i want to INSERT into the body of a message.
#2. I used to be able to copy/paste a new email message but cannot do that now. All I get is an empty text box.
#3. Recently you changed the option to change a message to 'show as unread' ?
#4. It would be great if I could flag some of the messages in my inbox to find the important ones easily later.
This is important to the way we do business... I am in need to use these features regularly and wonder is it me, or are these features just not available? Let me know if I have overlooked where to go to accomplish these tasks.
Community would like to help but can you clarify few items for us so we may assist?
