I have been trying to delete a user for ten days now, and need to add a new employee right away. This is one of my free boxes so I do not want to pay for it. Please FIX THIS!!!
Also the system will not set up forwards. This is causing our company to LOSE business. This experience wilth Comcast has been terrible from day one. Please fix your problems and let me know when you have it fixed.
The same problem i have been experiencing since last 2 days; raised the ticket to Front line; they simply accepted it w/o any testing, saying the 2nd level needs to look at it; just Now I am looking at this forum, looks like this issue seem to be there even prior from Apr 1; thanks for raising this issue.

To your query, does the "user" box in question an admin account? (or have admin access)
We ask this because UID that have admin access cannot be deleted until it is demoted to user access only.
