IPv6 stopped working after factory reset

IPv6 stopped working after factory reset

Having the same problem as the thread below: http://forums.businesshelp.comcast.com/t5/IPV6/Missing-IPv6/m-p/35125#M909 

 

Supposedly Tier 2 is going to look at it in 48 hours.  The WAN status page clearly shows IPv6 is disabled, although it worked fine before the factory reset.  Not sure why this should be that difficult to fix?
